  3. Make ready 1/2 cup peas

Steps to make Tumeric Matoke:
  1. Start by cooking the onions till golden brown then add the peas. After 3 minutes add the turmeric and cover.
  2. Add the vegetables and let cook for a few minutes. Add hot water and the potatoes and bananas.

Studies have shown that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while simultaneously calming your body.
