  3. Take fry pan put oil,carrot, capcicum, cabbage,black pepper,salt,boiled spaghetti and add some green onion and mix it well
  4. Take fry pan put oil,garlic,and green chilli for tarkka
  5. Take an tray put some rice then cooked chicken and the preparation of spaghetti and garnished with tarrka and sprinkle some green onion my dish ready to eat yummy Singaporean rice 😍😍😍
