  8. Get 3 small tomatoes
  9. Make ready 3 small chili picantes
  10. Take 1 tbsp salt

Instructions to make Affordable Pork Tamarind-based Stew (Sinigang na Paa ng Baboy):
  1. Boil pork knuckles in an hour. Set aside with the broth.
  2. Heat 2 cups of water, add chopped onions and tomato. Also add salt to taste.
  3. Add boiled pork knuckles and the broth. Simmer for 5 mimutes.
  4. Add tamarind powder pack.
  5. Add chili picante or pansigang na sili and raddish until it boils.
  6. Add okra and string beans and simmer for 1 minute.
  7. Serve while hot.
