  1. Wash pig's liver and heart and pork belly.
  2. Slice pig's liver,heart and pork belly thinly.Then,put into casserole with marinade mix evenly.Marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Simmer until cook and tender.Put green peas and boil.Add chilli and bell peppers and put some cornstarch water for thickening. Season with salt according to your taste.
