  1. Prepare curd overnight using the milk and the teaspoon of curd. The better the milk, the better the final outcome.
  2. Tie the curd in a clean muslin cloth and hang it till most water is drained off (about 3 hours)
  3. Tie a muslin cloth over a large bowl and make it act like a sieve. Put the hung curd and sugar over the cloth in small quantities. Rub the mixture firmly over the cloth until the complete mixture is sieved.
  4. Add cut almonds and cardamom powder.
  5. Serve cold.
